How are clutch adjustment made when there are no access windows?

How small is your hand? I assume you are referring to base pressure and the 6-allen headed adjusters on the pressure plate. If so, theoretically you can reach your hand in the fork access hole and hope you have a great touch. The only way to do it correctly though is either buy a new Quicktime/Lakewood and have it modified or pull yours and have it modified then re-certified.
Hyatt and Youngblood can get you damn close on base pressure but it is something you WILL have to adjust. Not only that you have routine maintenance and need to check air gap and depth regularly for anything to last. Access holes make life so much easier.
