I think my disc is stuck to flywheel - clutch will not let out, this is a Hemi
4 speed - 1966, I have removed cover plate, bolts to pressure plate are
on extremely tight, and could break off, is there any trick, besides banging
on a srewdriver to pry them apart? I am this has happened to other guys. your thoughts greatly appreciated -

I had my car in storage for a while a few years back and it froze up. A buddy of mine suggested parking it someplace safe, blocking the wheels, setting the parking brake, putting it in gear, pushing in the clutch pedal, and bumping the starter. It worked.

Yeah, or you could put the rear on blocks, start the car in 1st gear. Rear wheels should be spinning. Step on the clutch, then hit the brakes. That should break it loose.

Disc stuck - still

No, both ideas did not work - any other thoughts, short of pulling the
transmission. ALSO, if the car is driven with the disc stuck to the
flywheel what happens?

Short of taking it apart, you could try and soak it down with WD-40. Sounds like a bad idea but if it breaks it loose, the WD-40 will quickly evaporate. Driving it stuck...well, it's not going to slip :D Have you tried driving it and heating things up? It may work. Driving without using the clutch isn't really all that hard and I would do it before trying the WD-40.....
