So my 1964 Dodge 440 is ready for a new clutch, nothing fancy, im just running the factory spec 383 4barrel with an 883 4spd. just wondering if the 883 "likes" a certain manufacturers clutch over others? Thanks

You won't be sorry with a Centerforce dual friction. Hands down the best clutch I've ever owned. Wife's Challenger 100 strip passes on slicks. Never slips, chatters. Light pedal pressure. You can ditch the under dash over center spring. 10,000 miles only one adjustment needed. Car runs 12.50@110

Sounds like a winner, how much did you pay for yours and is there a vendor on this site that sells em and has good service?

I have never heard anything but praise for the Centerforce dual friction. I really like mine..............................MO

I dont think there is a vendor here, search around the web. Around 400 for a kit, may be able to find it cheaper.

I bought mine a summit.
