I am working with a race engine builder on a 394 stroker poly. We spent some serious time (and money) porting the head till we felt we came up with good flow #'s without getting too aggressive. Then the ports were digitized and programed into the CNC machine and heads ported from that program. With the CNC porting all ports come out the same. We needed to sleeve the pushrods which came out very nice. We hit 1 water jacket but it was a intake port so it was patched up. We ran 3 different head flows. 11/32 and 5/16 valves on the hand ports then digitized these ports.CNC then done for these final #'s, 5/16 with some additional valve work. Here are the flow #'s all 28" with 1.94"' intake and 1.625 exhaust.:headbang:

Nice work! I had mine ported by a race shop as well but the motor has been together so long with the car not ready I don't know all the numbers. Mine is bored .060 over with a 4" Eagle stroker crank.

Here is the pricing for the CNC ported poly heads. Also some pics of the crossover fill.Crossoverfill1.jpgCrossoverfill2.jpgCrossoverfill3.jpgCrossoverfill4.jpgCrossoverfill5.jpg

Yup, pretty good lookin! Ever seen a set of heads that had the exhaust guide that was flush with the roof of the port?

Molds done for custom pistons.

Love the idea for a stroker build but $2800 in a tough step to take for steel heads then all the parts to complete them. Nice flow numbers though. Are any of the poly strokers pushing 500hp? Ive seen 400hp talked about.

Yes it is alot of money for the heads but it cost me about 3 times that for the development and my set to get done. But when you look at guys spending $800 for headers and $600+ for a intake.... I know alot will not get sold (did not do it to make money selling these) but I was doing mine so I figured why not make them available for everyone. Also if you look at the flow #'s these are passing stock flow at 3" and I am excited about how well they are going to perform. Should be hearing back from the piston company over the next week or so. There will be some info on pistons since they are digitizing the mold we sent. Should be able to make pistons for all if people are interested. Just about everything is being custom done on this build so I am very confident that we will surpass the 500 Hp mark. I have not seen any that have done that yet.

I appreciate all your doing. A lot of people will benefit from your work. You are Right about headers and intake. I have the TTI poly headers and a dual quad with Edelbrock 500's in addition to the blue printed rockers from Gary P. so there is a lot of money right there. I really want to stroke it which was my original plan but never did it. let us know on pistons. Thanks!!!

Those rockers are nice! Everything you've done looks top notch. Looking forward to the dyno results.
