Color Code 1969 Charger SS Hub Caps

Does anyone knows the exact paint code for the red ring in 1969 Charger stainless steel hub caps/dog dishes?

Betcha R4 red looks pretty damn close. The new ones the red is pretty bright on them.

The original color was a little more "tomato-ey" than bright red; more like the red in "R/T" signs. I did a set of caps up years ago, using a spray can off local parts supplier's paint shelf. I remember it was a Honda "Mars Red" color. It ended up looking very good.

Wonder if Tor red would make it look like that? Maybe a cross between tor red and r4......either way they will look real nice I am sure.
