Color combination - white interior & which car paint

Hi,

as in the title: which color for the paint matches a white (gold -door panels) interior or which color combinations where available. Car is a 65 Coronet 500. Don't mind stock colors or newer two-tone paint shemes. I think it came white (gold-door panels) and ivory (SS1).

Any ideas, photos, links are appreciated.

Ranger;check out "OldRide.com". There's a research library on there,and that may have some of the info you're seeking. Depending on the car,there may be color charts for interior and exterior options. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, but found nothing wrt to paint color and (or in combination) with interior color. Also looked on Hamtramck but 65 is missing: http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/library-2.shtml

The reason for my questions is that I have white seats and ivy/gold interior. I am currently in the process of finding a matching outside color as the car gets repainted. I figure already that I don't want red...

How about a copper metallic bottom half and a egg shell white upper for paint or almost any bottom color with egg shell top half I thi.k the copper is a beautiful color and it would look good with that combo int

I am in favor of the two tone paint but not quite sure if I should add an outside white to the white/gold seats. Here some color combinations/paint shemes I found and liked (not the green of the last one, but the sheme)...

just found out that the car was ordered ivory (SS1) with white and cold interior...must have been a dentist submitting the order?
