Column shift to console conversion question?

Im going to convert to console shifter on my 69 Charger and want ask you all if anyone knows if there is a complete parts list available so I can search out parts to order..

I've always "thought" an easy way to install an automatic floor shifter (not trying to be original) would be just to install a cable-operated performance shifter and line it up so you could use a factory console. I saw a guy years ago that did this & made a custom mount for the shifter out of a block of wood that you couldn't see at all once installed in the column.
