So I bought a 71-74 B-body rallye cluster at a swap meet. It's a non-tach non-clock. It had parts of a wiring harness on the back, but I think it's a harness for a tach setup. I think this because it has an extra light socket with nowhere to put it.

Also there are 2 spade terminals, one a single wires and one is a double wire. Where would these go? I"m guessing 1 to the voltage limiter and the other to the tach/clock?

double wire its big ( wider ) spade terminal... ground to voltage limiter chassis prong

single wire is positive to voltage limiter terminal U shaped, linked to the condenser one

tach wires are separated harness from the existant underdash one, since its an accesory

forgot about the bulb.

OK... that's emergency/ warning brake light signal. You have there an orange wire one which I think it's really the heater/AC lettering one

Limiters: Both are actually chassis ground, so attaching to chassis propperly should be fine. The wire is a ground reinforcement. Ground Its critical on original limiter since if it gets missed the ground gets stick not limiting anymore, letting go full 12 volts and burning the gauges. I have known RTEs are not that critical since is transistorized.

I would find the way to attach it though. Ground reinforcements are nice.

IF WAS ME AND IF ITS POSIBLE, what I would do is interchange the housing, installing the RTE unit on old original housing. But's thats just me. Personal picky preference to keep everything like it was from factory.

( Note... I have ruined/broken parts, being that picky LOL )

I think I may change the connector to a ring terminal and put the ground under the screw for the limiter.

Thanks again Nacho!

I see a ground spade on that limiter mounting bracket in the OP picture. Agreed, heater illumination blub/socket in in the brake warning light location.
