Console mounted cassette player/recorder

Was poking around a "honey hole" of Mopar stuff recently and saw one of the cassette player/recorders. I have seen one previously in 40 years of Chrysler interest. Has anyone ever messed around with one? If I remember correctly, Chrysler hawked them as a sort of "dictation" device for the business crowd. This one is missing the microphone,or at least we couldn't find it in the car. Wonder what the rarity and value is ?

If it doesn't work, it's probably the belts. Here's an article on cleaning and replacing them:

As for rarity, there's one on eBay right now for $355. Or an NOS one for $2450.
