Console plate tabs for automatic transmission

I sent my plate on the back of my console to plated and I forgot to take off the tabs that screw into the top of the plate. The chrome plater lost the parts, but claim they were not on the piece when I dropped it off. Does any one know where I can get these clips? I called a half dozen places without any luck.
