I was surprised that it had semaphore turn signals. Maybe they were trying to make sure they didn't track over an infantry man's foot?

Not sure what you'd have to do, hoops to have to jump through,
reg.s or paperwork (permits) extensive background checks
to even own one of them military type vehicles in the states now
disarmed or not
