Thank you for the article......EXCELLENT READ.....GREAT Info should be required reading for those contemplating replaceing their radiator. The person that wrote the article must have a concise knowledge of thermodynamics but usually the formula for heat transfer: Q = M x Cp x delta T , usually considers the approach temperature of the difference between the desired coolant temperature and the difference of the cooling media temperature to determine the efficiency of the heat exchanger. And heat exchanger surface area and coolant velocity are the key to a successful installation.
But....I'm sure there will be others that totally disagree with the stated premise.....because their nextdoor's neighbor's brother in law's cousin's best buddy doesn't understand the principles involved. Then there are the Evans coolant proponents.....
