cop wheels- fair price?

i am looking at a set of 15x7 cop wheels including the center caps. The center caps are good, and the wheels have surface rust, but no dents, so they would need to be sanded and painted.
The guy wants $200, but if I can get them for $150 it seems like a fair deal. Any comments??

i was thinking $125-150. New ones are $106 each, not including the center caps.

with trim ring and center for 99 ea at summit

so then at $125-150 for all 4 and center caps is a good deal..just would need to sand and repaint.

without caps, i wouldn't pay more then a hundred
for a set myself..

i scored them for $125 w/ four center caps. They're gonna need a good sandblast and paint.
