guys,

I wanted to check and see if the below was correct regarding the colors used on a 69 roadrunner:

Lower control arms- black (semi-gloss)

upper control arms- black (semi-gloss)

torsion bars- black (semi-gloss)

strut rods- black (semi-gloss)

K member- black (semi-gloss)

pit-man, idler- natural
center link and adjuster bars- black (semi-gloss)

Not quite. UCA and LCA are bare steel. Also the strut rods I believe. T bars are always painted, dipped really, and will have drips. All the other suspension stuff is natural like the control arms, but colors vary depending on materials and heat treating. K member is semi gloss black and I have found that SEM 2 part hot rod black is a pretty good match.

i have seen a few k-members that were a darkish semigloss grey; i have one under my unrestored Savoy; i don't know if that was the case with roadrunners. But in most cases it is indeed black.
