I am having a hard time with my Crank and Water Pulleys seating properly. I have a 383 B block engine in my 69 Coronet. I purchased a new water pump pulley from Source 440 but I cant get it to go on because it hits the Crank Pulley. I tried to measure the crank pulley and looks to be around 7 1/2" at the widest part.

This is a non A/C car but the engine in the car is from a A/C I am pretty sure. the Crank pulley looks to be a 4 groove pulley. It could be that I am not installing it correctly but I am at a loss.

I am attempting to go to a car show next Saturday but this problem is going to keep me from it if I cant figure out my problem.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

As you have found out non-ac pulleys and ac pulleys do not mix. You will need a complete set of non-ac pulleys.
