Does anyone know where to get a good crimping tool for those terminals which are used in the bulkhead connector (and a lot of other places)??

I'm not sure what you have in electrical supply company's where you live. Here I would try Lowes first, then a electrical supply company. I'm sure you could find them online too.
The ones I use are Klines. There are some knock offs that can be just as good. I've used many and these are the best. They do a perfect crimp!

In this picture, the arrow is where you place the terminal end, butt connector or almost any size end that requires a good crimp...

It's called a W crimper if your referring to the factory looking crimps (open barrel terminals). I bought some off Ebay, search W crimper or open barrel crimper. They do an amazing job and look just like a factory installed terminal. I'll look for a pick.

Here's what I use, these are not for the typical insulated terminals but for the open barrel type.

I picked up the crimper unit from Pertronix. It does that terminal plus many others AND plug wires. I have a SnapOn set that looks like the one above but the Pertronix unit does a better job of crimping. I'm still on the hunt for one that may be better but I'm happy for now.
