Dakota 5 speed

I just bought a 74 roadrunner 318 automatic. I have a 5 speed and bell from a Dakota. I know it will bolt up to the 318, but will it fit in the trans tunnel without having to cut it up. I know it's been done in some A body cars but there is some cutting involved. Is the tunnel any wider in a B body?

I don't think the tranny tunnels vary much between the different bodies. Typically pretty narrow near the cross member area. My guess is you will have to do some mods.
