Dash bezel change

Can the dash bezel pieces be changed to new pieces without taking the dash cluster completely out. My car is a 70 RR.

No. You have to pull it out. Hard to explain verbally, but the combination of clips and assemblies sort of sandwich together.

I completely did a new wiring harness abou t a year ago. I had everything out then. I just didn't know if it could be done with dropping the steering column & pulling out the cluster to unscrew it.
