Dash lights

Not a big deal but...I noticed on my 1970 roadrunner ralley dash.... when I scroll the dome light on at the switch, the gauge lights get brighter,just a little bit and when I scroll the dome light off the dash lights get a little bit dimmer. Is this normal?

Yes. When you scroll to the left it dims the lights, and to the right brightens them.
