Any clue why my dash lights keep flickering very fast when running in a 69 charger?

If they flicker while the engine is turned off, then...no. But if the flickering is while the engine is running, there's a chance that one of the alternator diodes is shot.

normally all the lights flicker.make sure it is not all the lights since that would indicate a different problem.

Check the wiring harness at the fuse box and make sure there are no melted wires and or burn spots in the panel .Also take a look at your dimmer switch and the light switch in the dash, flickering can be a direct result of any of the above slowly getting too hot and over time the wires start melting together and then the flickering starts because they are shorting out which can also cause a fire ,ask me how I know this?? All 3 of mine were all melted I checked because my lights in my ralley dash (you got it ) were flickering.Hope this helps.
