Dash pads

Hi everybody! I have to buy a dash pads, yearone for my b body 68, but there are two types, vinyl, urethane who can tell me the difference between the two?

Don't buy either. I had two dash pads from Year One and they both delaminated. The second was a replacement for the first, both of which they warrantied (without a fight, which tells me they knew they were ****). Comically, when I told them I did not want a third, the guy from Year One laughed and said "I don't blame you, I wouldn't use one on my car ".
