dash wiring 73 roadrunner with tach

i got a 73 roadrunner. i got a hot going to my gauges but nothing happens. i need a hot to the oil psi gauge and temp gauge then the ground goes to the sending units. correct. i also have a hot to my tach and the other terminal goes to the negative side of the coil. does that sound right.

Do you have the voltage limiter for the gauges hooked up?
