Dealings with columbia parts in california

I know it probally is easier in the us but has anyone ever delt with this company. Tried to buy front fenders for my car n they would not process because i dont have a us paypal never heard of this.asked question about free shipping n told it was in price n it was non existing. So why do they offer this in there ebay adds n give a bull **** excuse

some company's will only ship to a US address so I use a mail box service and have my credit card list it as a billing address with no mail all you do is call them and they will add temporary address's for you
