Just found out that he past away a few days ago. Their hit song Reflections Of My Life, was moving for me. It was 1969 and a very good friend of mine told me that his brother was killed in Vietnam. As a teenager it hit hard cause his brother took us everywhere in his 67 camaro before he left for duty. Also this song was playing that day I found out and I will never forget. Listened to it yesterday and it brought tears to this tough guy:(. Bless you Denny and your sacrifice of life.

R.I.P.

R.I.P.... yeah, this was a great tune. I often say, it's amazing how songs in the era we grew up serve as a signpost in our lives.

Yup...brings back some old memories. A cousin of mine went to Nam in 64 but he came back. He was medic and from what I understand, medics were usually targets. He ended up leaving his fairly new 390 Ford Galaxie to his mom. Living next door I was only 13 at the time and played with his younger brother who was 10 and neither one of us was really paying much attention to Nam but it did draw my attention fairly quickly shortly after. Sorry for the loss of your friend's brother and may Denny and Dean both rest in peace.

RIP to your friend.

Marmalade was a great band in the day.
