difference between 65 727 TF small block vs. big block kickdown rod???

Hi all ya early 727 pro`s,

my question:

is there a difference between a 1965 kickdown rod for a SB and BB, or was just one length used back in the days?

The reason for asking this, my car was originally equipped with a 273cui engine and now has a 440 + a Edelbrock performer intake.

It is definately higher which causes problems to adjust the kickdown.
Can someone tell the exact difference in height so I can extend my kickdown rod according to that?

I could be wrong, but the 727 was not available with the 273 back then. Maybe some taxi apps? Just add some more rod and keep the adjustment centered and that should work.
