Howdy all

I need to replace the extension housing on my 727 (broke in two) and am having difficulty locating one here in Australia.
(Buy the whole trans or nothing type deals.)

I do though have a mate with a 63 housing ,the one with the flanged output.

what I need to know apart from the connection to the driveshaft (Flange) is the housing same as the later 727 as my mate is two hours drive away.

Thanks Benton

Not only two different lengths, but the park mechanism is also located in the tailshaft of the early ones.

Thanks for the lead .I have been in contact with Pat and he has been of great help.Would certainly recommend him also.
