1969 GTX, N96 Air Grabber hood. Is there a difference in hinges and/or springs between the air grabber and non air grabber hood. I need a set of springs or hinges and need to find out.
Thanks!

Thanks. I cannot find anything definitive but it looks like the hinges are the same but the springs for the air grabber have fewer coils (21 vs. 25)? In either case I need springs and no one reproduces them for this year mopar. Can't even find a listing from AMD and they sell the complete hinges.

I know the air grabber on my 70 model just uses the regular springs, they wouldn't cut the springs on them because they are heavier than a regular hood. Maybe some one on here will have a set they will sell you. Good Luck with it. Ronnie in Okla.
