Dimension for 1970 b body mopar is from drum to drum for rear end

The rear-end housing width used to measure from brake drum to brake drum for 1968-1970 for B-bodies is 60 1/8 inches.

My question is it from inside brake drum to inside break drum or outside brake drum to outside brakes drum that gives you 60 1/8 inch.

It is the outer edge of each drum where the wheels make contact with the drums.
