Those Thais are crazy. I was over there in my backpacking days and the bus drivers are maniacs. They'll pass on blind corners on extremely windy moutain roads, honk their horns and listen for the horns coming from the other direction. About died one night when my bus drive was drunk! I woke up and he was all over the road with a half empty whiskey bottle at his side. Tried to get him to stop but he wouldn't so i went back to my seat and braced for a head on collision. When he finally pulled over at a rest stop we found a cop who ran over but didn't do ****. Just made another driver take over. They don't seem to value their lives as much as westerners do.
