Disassembling tail lights 1963 Polara 500

This is a cry for help to those who've got more experience than I:

Can anyone tell me how to sperate the bulb housings from the outer structural frame of the tail light on the 63 Polara 500? I already know how to unbolt the frame from the body but i need to replace a lens and cannot do so until the bulb housing is separated from the framework. Thanks for any insights!

I believe the screws you need to get at are behind the foam gasket to separate the 2 pieces..

Thanks--that sounds like a logical place to start, I only hope separating the gasket from the metal doesn't ruin the gasket.

New gaskets are available from Detroit Muscle Technologies.
