Disc brake swap

I have a 65 Dodge Coronet with drum brakes and want to change to disc. Does anybody know or has used disc brakes from a 79 Plymouth Volare wagon and if they will work on my Coronet if I get spindle, caliper & bracket, and upper a-arm assuming I would need the upper arm unless I can use my existing a-arm. thanks in advance.
