Disk brake upgrade and combination valve

The previous owner of my 71 Satellite added an aftermarket front disk conversion. The rear line goes through the original distribution block to a manual pressure valve to reduce the pressure to the drums. Is it possible to replace the original distribution block with a factory disk/drum combination valve and eliminate the adjustable valve ?
