Distributor adaptor.

Howdy folks, I got a Dist adaptor to put a 440 unit in a low deck. There is no O ring on it. How should I seal it? RTV or ? Got it from 440 source.

I am sure some one has one laying around from a engine gasket set.

This may be a dumb comment, I used the Mopar adaptor for many years, don't think I ever used a gasket between the block & the adaptor. Never had any significant leakage.

Think I will put a smear of leak lock on it till get or make a gasket. Maybe not if it holds.
