How about a Hemi Dart? Mine had a tach drive though. What 1968 model used a distributor without vacuum advance?

I agree it is a replacement the date code is way later 47/7 which is the 47th week of 1967.I agree with Photon's research. The book also says it was the stock distributer for B body Hemi cars with either an automatic or manual transmission. IBB-4204 was the original and IBB-4204S is the replacement number.
No the book calls for either mopar 173 or 175's.Think those distributors take platinum tipped short arm points.
Ok, what distributors took short arm points. Thought the ones with transistorize ignition took them.No the book calls for either mopar 173 or 175's.
My book lists it as a 67 426 Hemi B body distributor for auto or 4 speed. (super Stock)That number shows up in a search as 1964/1965 426 race hemi (2444851)
