Dodge Charger Powerbulge Hood

Hi altogether!

I'm looking for Powerbulge Hood for my 1971 Dodge Charger. Either a 71 hood (with opening and hood insert) or a 72 hood (without an opening).
Can not pickup hood because of being located in Germany. I do have a shipper address in CA where the hood can be stored for a while.

Good luck with that. they are hard to find and expensive in any condition.

as long as you are paying international shipping anyway, check out "showcars" in Canada.

They make fiberglass repros for about $600. That's about half of what a 71 hood will set you back.

There is one member here who sells (or sold) a 71 bulge hood located in San Jose. Condition of the hood is not the best but restorable I think. Did not answer. Wanted to know if he is able to carry the hood to Oakland. Not so far away from San Jose. A few days later I saw the hood on ebay.com for nearly twice the number. Don't know if it was sold. Can't imagine.
A member of dodgecharger.com was a little bit more cooperative but in the end no deal was made. He is located in New Hampshire. This guy I understood. Shipping such a big part isn't as easy as sending someone a DVD or something like that. You know what I mean.

I know the guys in Canada but is there anyone ever made any experience with their products? Once the hood will be in Germany I have no chance to claim anything in case of the hood won't fit and so on. Because of this I would pay the same or more for an original one that is not in the best condition but restorable.
