Very cool, seen a few over on the Dodge Charger forum, photos never seen one in person, very 67-69 "Dart" like, in looks, body lines, I guess they kept that body style around for a while...

Yeah those are badass. There's a couple of Argentine FABO members that have them. All they came with was 318s. Some of them came built like 340s, though. 4 barrel, good intake and exhaust manifolds just like a 340 car, but 318.

I tried to buy one around 1996/97, but I didn't have a Portugese interpreter, and the browser translation software kept translating phrases like "good deal", "value", and the like into "inferior", which started to sour the buyer/seller relationship.
I also didn't know a thing about customs and international transport.
Back then there was a nice Brazilian classified section on the "dodgenews" site, and there were several really nice #2+ cars in the 10,000 Real range, which was about $6,000 US.
I even considered flying down and driving it back. That would have been a trip!

Imagine the comments from those "special people" at car shows. Arguing with you because you slapped badges on a dart and are trying to pass it off as something it isn't. Maybe I need to go buy one so I can do just that!

My mom lived in Brazil for almost 10 yrs. This was before I was born, and when I was little, my nanny who was from Kowloon, only spoke Chinese and Portuguese. I only spoke Russian and maybe very little English but we got a long great. I remember her well. I can't speak Portuguese but know a few words but my mom still gets by pretty well. She knows Spanish too!

i really dont know Portuguese...:upside down: i am fluent in Spanish, and Portuguese is somewhat close. i could probably find a bar and bathroom in Portugal but that's bout it!!! lol
