What year car? My 64 does not have rear seat belts.
You can also get mounting hardware for your seat belts if the pan does not come with them.

I have 4 new seat belt floor mounting plates for new floor pans if you need them. $10 plus postage from CT.

68-70 yes and they send the mounting plates and park brake cable bracket . .:icon_salut:
