Just wondering if anyone knows what the maximum and minimum offset is for the wheels on the 66 charger? I'm currently debating some rims and have had some advice but would like to know what I'm working with. Thanks.

I really like the foose legends which I have found are 18x9.5 +7mm offset and 5.25 of backspacing. I guess what I'm asking is will these fit both the front and back.

They will not fit the front. I have Craggar ss rims in 18X9.5 with -12mm of backspacing. If I didn't have the Wilwood discs the backspacing would have been perfect. To run those rims you will need a spacer in the front of 11 mm or so.

On the back they may fit but they will be sunk in from the wheel wells and not look right without a spacer.

To put the rear rims 1/2 an inch or so away from the rear wheel lip you would need a 1" or so spacer.

For the front you will need a spacer approximatly 3/8" thick.

Once you have tires on the rims you can mount them up and see how much of a spacer you need. For the rear and the front you will require longer wheel studs. A 1" Spacer is pretty thick.

If you have not purchased the rims and are looking for new you can easily order most rims with custom backspacing for little or no more than a stock rim width. I know for Cragar the custom backspacing rims do not cost any more but are non-returnable. So you need to have you backspacing correct to begin with.

I would not take my measurements as gospel but as a basic guide. My car has other mods to the suspension, brakes and ride height that will all affect the backspacing measurement.

Offset and Backspace are two separate terms... Backspace measurements are affected by the width of the rim, and change accordingly... Offset measurements are a little different, if you need a -12mm offset to center a tire in the wheel well, you will always need a -12mm offset to center the tire, regardless of the rims width. Both systems are used to accomplish the same task, but the measurements are calculated differently.
In other words, there is no single MAX Offset or Backspace measurement. It all comes down to what tire/rim combo you want to run, and where you want it to sit.
