Door arm rest pad size for 70’ Roadrunner

Currently I have 9” armrest pads on my 70’ Roadrunner doors. Are these the correct size or are they suppose to be the 13” size? Need to know because the person that’s going to re dye them for me says they are suppose to be 13”.

Chargers only used 13 but have a set here already dyed for the fronts if you go that route
