Door hinge repair

I have a door that sags. The hinges are worn out. You can buy bushings and new hinge pins or buy new hinges. What's your thought on the best way to go? If I buy the bushings and pins, does the bushing go in the part of the hinge that the screwdriver is pointing to in the picture?

I had the same issue and didn't want to pin it. I bought complete & new hinges. Just my $.02
