door latch/lock 1970 belvedere

Does anyone know if the latch/lock mechanism on the doors of the 1970 Belvedere interchange with earlier b bodies down to 1966?? Thanks.
By the way, I need a pair.

Not sure but I think they do. I have a 67 Coronet that I could take a pic of if someone could post a pic of a 70....
