Door panel trim buttons

Does anyone know how the trim buttons were attached and removed? I have and old trim panel with these on it and I'm looking for another set of 2. My car should have had them based on the production date. Can you get these somewhere? I haven't yet studied the aftermarket trim panels but I don't recall seeing these.

I figure if I can locate 2 more maybe they can be added to after market trim panels.
Any thoughts? Anyone have a set?

Herbs Parts was selling them but not anymore. I tried ordering a set from them this past week and they sent me a refund saying that they don't stock them anymore. I got lucky and found a new set on eBay from a private seller. I would say to keep an eye on eBay as I haven't found and vendors that still sell them...
