Double flash LED'S...where do I get them?

You've seen them, ambulances, state plow trucks, fire trucks, etc, all use them...When the brakes are applied, they do a bright, quick double flash that really gets your attention....I want that for my 68 charger to keep the texting morons and meth addicts from smashing into my ride....Who makes that flasher system I can wire into my tail lites?

Can go to any retailer that sales emergency equipment they have all that goody stuff
