Drip rails

Hey guys, when I purchased my 66 Charger the drip rails had already been removed. They were in the car but they had been removed incorrectly and are all curled up. Now that the car is painted, I am in need of a set. Any Ideas who may sale them, or is it possible to straighten the ones I have ? I thought I may be able to reinstall them if I took my time and had some help but they are like snakes LOL. I have found all makes and models of reproduction sets but none for the 66-67 Charger. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have some nice pieces from a 67 coronet if you think you can use them on a charger. I have the set but one piece on each side has dents so I found a complete set to replace them. Start a conversation if interested. Good luck.

Unfortunately there just doesn't seam to be much available for the first gen, I'd contact Moparmark (FBBO member), check the for sale threads and attend swap meets. As far as repairing your goes it's all in the effort and patience you are willing to put into them, I'm sure it can be done it's just whether it's worth it or not. Good luck

If they are not dented, I think they would go back on and un-furl themselves as you install them. Like you said, have some help holding them so they don't get away and scratch you new paint.

There was a complete set on ebay I believe they were around 700.00

Sorry but Coronet and Charger drip rails are nothing alike

They are not dented or bent, I was just scared I would get them half way on and have to pull them back off and BAM you can picture the scratch LOL.
