Drum Brake Swap

Hi, I have been searching the forums for my answer but not really found it.

Does a 72 RR disc brake steering knuckle/spindle fit onto a 67 Coronet?

I have a 67 Coronet R/T with drum brake front, my friend has a 72 RR disc brake front I can use. I am hoping it will all just bolt in. I have a booster on the car, just need a new master cylinder.

I used A body spindles on my 67 R/T..I don't believe the 72 B body works only because everyone uses A body spindles....

I believe they will bolt in but the rotors are very expensive to replace, thats why everyone uses the A-body 73-76 spindles.
