Dual quad setup for 500 stroker in a 69 R/T Charger 4-speed.

Hello,

i'm Ted from Holland and in the title above is my car with the setup what is in it now.
The gas prices in Holland are sky rocketed now and i heard from somebody who had a throttle cable or some device who you can put between the 2 carbs to make it run on 1 carb while cruising and when you thrash the go pedal the 2nd will open (Like a 6-pack but mechenical).

Does someone know's if there is something like that on the market right now? And if it is therewhere you can order a thing like that?? The carbs are 2 600 cfm.

edelbrock make a progressive throttle linkage kit.
it can be adjusted to go all 8 or 4 then 4

I have the eldebrock progressive linkage on my 392 works well. Back carb is the primary.

Hey guy's. Thanks for the quick reply's. I'll try to post some pick's with the setup on the car now. I think i have the same as in the link but i'm not sure.

if you have the same as in the link simply move the slider to the right and this will make the linkage progressive which means half throttle will be only the first qaud and from then on opens up the second quad
