DWS (Driving While Stupid)

I am proposing a new law, DWS( Driving While Stupid). This law will provide the offender the same punishment as DWI with the following excepitions:
Upon conviction the offender shall render their drivers license for no less than ten years.
Said offender shall maintain SR22 insurance for life
Said offender shall not operate any form of moving vehicle, I. e. Moped, bicycles, etc.
Said offender shall have, at their own expense, a tattoo placed on their forehead
Identifing them as STUPID.
Second offenses shall result in public hangings.
This shall become a federal law upon my being crowned king.
 
I just saw one of them bike messengers ride their bike right into a hole being filled with concrete. ******* concrete truck parked right there with cones everywhere but in she went anyway. She would qualify for DWS
 
What amazes me is how many people are on their cell phones or texting while driving.....or maybe they are watching videos?
 
Possibly public hangings is a bit harsh, but NEUTERING them so they can't bring anymore stupid kids into the world...might give out descendants a fighting chance
 
Was it George Carlin that had this idea...

Every vehicle is equipped with suction cup dart guns.

Another driver does something stupid, and you stick a "stupid" flag on them.

Cop sees a car with 3 stupid flags- automatic ticket.

Yeah, he did. And the ticket would be for being "Stupid as Hell".

I was next to a city bus driver that had an open newspaper covering his steering wheel. --He was moving between stops reading that paper.:realcrazy:
 
I deal with these STUPID people all day long. I average over 600 miles a day...That's A LOT of STUPID!!!
 
Had a DWS person today. Had to cross two lanes of stop and go traffic to make a left turn. As the guy in the second stopped to let me out and just before I pulled out a car passes the car in second lane. That car drove up a double yellow line island to get in a third lane that starts past the road I was pulling out of, Friday rush hour.

Gotta love the Northeast Fran. I will be heading to Lawrence Mass. on Monday.
 
Friday the 13th, I saw a ot of stupid **** today. I had hit 85 in a 55 to hit my exit due to a 4 car road rage battle at 5am. Most days I spend doing 45 to 52 in a 55 behind people driving down the middle of a 2 lane highway. When I pass they tailgate with their brights on. I want a helicopter for my commute, 27 miles takes 45 minutes to 70 minutes 80% highway:BangHead:

In Costa Mesa I saw the same thing except instead of a bus it was an orange county sherrif! Yup, on a Sunday and it was the Sunday funnies spread out over the steering wheel.

I find the whole personal air vehicle thing ludicrous. I mean Air Traffic Control ALREADY has more on its plate than it can smoothly digest......to think of putting the idiots on the road in the air is beyond incomprehensible.
