Easy dent popping ???

I was curious what everybody uses to pop out dents on body panels, I was told use a hair dryer and a can of computer duster heat the dent for a minute or 2 and then flip the duster over and freeze the dent,will this work and will it damage anything? Any More suggestions!?

Its a new toyota camry (Boo) But I would be glad to put dents in it and then attempt to remove them,I dont think she would appreciate that though.

We have a guy called the dent doctor..He took out all of my buds dents for $100.00 some are not out 100% but he did a really good job on all the others.He has a bunch of tools to do the job and won't mark up the paint.You should have some one in your area that does the same thing.
