The radio bezel is hacked up but for $200 if you are looking for the hockey stick piece above the glove box this ain't bad. Looks like someone converted the pushbotton bezel into an 8-track.

For comparison, this guy wants $250 for a broken one.

"There is one small chip at the upper corner screw hole as shown. It shouldn't show once the outer chrome trim is installed" - 8VLL$H1T!

For those kinda prices vs. quality, I'll stick with my own.

The first ad...that hockey stick will buff out and look as new.....The key is if the woodgrain/chrome is intact.....Which that one is in great shape.....

200 bucks is equivalent to 20 bucks in relation to these.....I have seen near perfect examples go for over 1k......

They are very rare and do not come for sale often.....No one reproduces them.....Be glad you have one.....

Shame the corner is broken in the second ad.....That will show btw.....

Are you the one that was looking into getting repops going on these? I forget....

@moparnation74 is exactly right, that's why I posted the ad.

I make what I consider "substitutes" until someone decides to actually make proper repops. Although they look great, they are made out of aluminum not plastic like the OEM ones.

I put my set away almost 30 years ago...… was just looking at them a few weeks ago...… they sure are purdy! :monkeyleft:

If you need them & can't find them
ya gotta' do, what ya' gotta do
seems like it's a decent deal for the $200 set

I thought it was $200 buy it now but it looks like an auction. My guess is they go for well over that. Too bad. I had hoped someone here could score a good deal.

Your right
I didn't notice that either..

oh well

@moparnation74, just out of curiosity, what was your max bid on these going to be? It looks like the guy bidding against you kept convincing himself to up his bid. Your max bid placed 2 days earlier had you covered. He ran out of time. He must have felt stoopid! He bid like an eBay noob.

I figured someone would up the bid.....I Gambled on the radio bezel deterring potential higher bidders..... Surprisingly, my Max bid was 300.......I was considering higher but I didn't want to have it pumped up to high.....Then I could swoop in and make a last second bid....As you noted my competitor was bidding with peanuts, lol...

This might be a good deal if you need it. I don't think the broken piece would be noticeable due to the trim. I may be wrong, but I doubt it. Use your best judgement. It looks like it is broke right at the screw hole, and the screw hole is hidden under the stainless steel trim. Hue looks like 1969 to me. Zoom in on all pictures to see all the flaws before you commit. Good luck!
