These were in fact Belvedere GTX's and I believe the 73 on the fender tag after the RS23 would indicate a hemi. The Satellite seat trim is interesting but not as interesting as the extra shifter. Perhaps that floor shifter is the Billy Barty option.

The Fender Tag should read D21/D32 option..

RS23...does not make it a hemi. all RS is....... is a high end model belvedere line with roll down back windows ( i think ) . id have to get my books out to read that tag and its 7 am and Maxx Wedge Chrysler took my glasses( my cat) , and i cant find them ....lol
